Hello, can you help me with transistor ssc 8138gt4. I don't find datasheet. Can you write me a replacement which I could use. THX

You can use a simple circuit to test the MOSFET - N Channel.

If you could provide the Voltage and Current of your device, maybe it will help everyone more easier to find another Mosfet to replace it.

2. If the part same as photo, the SSC is Sanyo Semiconductor Co ,
    it be take over by ON-Semi Co
     No data sheet and End-of-Life


you have to check motor circuit, to trace motor and battery
if motor connect to Batt+  the MOSFET is N-Ch  ( all most ..)
if motor connect to Batt-   the MOSFET is P-Ch



replace part ... you can refer PC Mother Board (CPU )or Graph Card(GPU) power management Power MOSFET
these MOSFET is Low voltage control  and higher current...
