positivo union C1260 always gets in the bios setup

operating system is windows 8.
I can not save the settings and exit later. When you turn the machine goes straight into the bios setup.  I already removed the cmos battery and not resolved.  I can not change any of the configuration options of the setup bios.  What can I do to solve?
