大大您好，先嘗試將BIOS內的USB裝置disable掉看看。
若問題消失了，研判USB裝置問題，或是BIOS內設定值錯亂。
可嘗試重刷BIOS試看看。

會不會是USB接頭的塑膠卡版斷了...把裡面的4隻腳給短路拉??
為何不把USB的設備先移除看看呢?
可以的話~~把連接到面板的那幾條線也拔掉

有解決方法

Take out the cmos battery inside the case for a couple of minutes to reset the bios , still have ps/2 ports on the back for the mouse and the keyboards use them if have old ps/2 keyboard and mouse around
sounds like a temp shorted out usb port, might come back to normal in some cases it does not , if it's the ones on the back of the pc they are intergrated into the motherboard and can't be repaired have to replace the usb port with a special soldering tool, can go to the bios under the hardware section and disable all the usb ports , the pc should start up normally,try renable them through the bios and see if that fix the problem .

开机提示:开机出现USB Device over current status Detected ，15秒关闭  然后15秒就自动关机了.从提示上来看是USB设备    过流了,主板
    进行了保护,USB由南桥来管理的,南桥会通过一个引脚来检测USB是否过流,华硕主板的USB供电一般会连接到南桥附近会有一个小排阻,供电会继续通一个电阻然后连到南桥
    这个电阻就是南桥检测USB供电的一般是8.2k或10K.找到这个电阻后测量两端阻值对比其他USB接口的这个电阻发现有一个01C的电阻两端电阻偏大,直接对电阻加焊OK.
